Return Process

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing tracking for all high-value home fixtures.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
